Rambo Connect users can request deletion of their mobile app account at any time. This page explains how to delete your account, what data is removed, and what information may be retained where required for legal, safety, compliance, financial, or operational reasons.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the Rambo Connect mobile app.
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Profile.
- Select Delete account.
- Choose a reason or write a short note.
- Enter your password to confirm deletion.
Once confirmed, your mobile account access is removed and you will be signed out.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email info@ramboconnect.com from the email address linked to your account or include the phone number used for registration. Use the subject line "Delete my Rambo Connect account".
We may ask for information needed to verify that the account belongs to you before processing the request.
Data that may be deleted
- Your mobile app account profile and login access.
- Your phone and email access credentials linked to that mobile account.
- Personal profile details that are not required for ongoing business, legal, financial, safety, or compliance records.
Data that may be retained
Rambo Connect is a logistics and fleet operations platform. Some records may need to be retained after account deletion, including completed requests, waybills, invoices, receipts, payment records, delivery records, support history, safety records, compliance documents, audit logs, and dispute-resolution records.
These records may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, financial reporting, fraud prevention, safety, compliance, business operations, or to protect the rights of users, transporters, customers, and Rambo Connect.
Company and shared workspace data
If your account is linked to an OMC or transporter company, deleting your account may not delete the company profile or historical company records. If other approved users are linked to the same company, shared company records may remain available to those users.
Processing time
In-app deletion is processed immediately for account access. Email requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable time after identity verification.
